The Rebecca Tulloch Foundation Inc, (RTF) founded in 2018 by Mr. Paul W. Peynado-Westcarr, is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization committed to providing healthcare to communities that are less fortunate. This organization was named in honor of my grandmother. Our motto is "Look up not down, forward not back." This is what my grandmother usually tells us almost on a daily basis.
We have been sending medical mission trips to Jamaica since 2018, except for 2021 and 2022 due to COVID. We spend a week during our missions reaching out to the community.
Since inception we have seen over 2100 patients through nearly 110 volunteers who have traveled with us. RTF plans to continue to provide medical treatments, medical supplies and equipment, and clinic operations in order to provide sustainable health care to the people in Jamaica.
